Hey folks!
Ahead of my subscription installation (next week), my nokia dbox2 arrived... ![]() I think my line is active because I get 5 analogue channels, so I was going to try out the Dbox 2. Before I do however, I do have to ask if it is safe to plug-in and do a service scan, or shall i wait till next week when my vm box is installed? As far as I'm aware, there's no talk-back to vm, instead there's a by-pass chip installed? can anyone confirm this? ![]() As ever, many thanks!! |

As ever, very grateful for your response! Well then, in that case I'll run a scan and test out the system (will unplug it later, until the engineer comes round... nothing worth watching anway )...Regarding your "shop", do you send your sold products via Royal Mail? (i prefer royal mail since my collection point isn't that far, citilink and dhl are miles away!)... Ta! |

Wow.
![]() It worked! from 4/5 analogue channels to God knows how much... ![]() I've unplugged the feed from the Dbox2 now, because i'm still very skeptical about how "safe" it is! ![]() I'm still buzzing... anyway, just thought I'll share my initial experiences with you all ![]() Cheers, Libero. |

Most UK images do have the "set my location" feature so you can do a fast scan in around 2 minutes.
I can send shop stuff by whatever postal method you want to pay for - remember that Royal Mail has standard insurance of only £34 if not using special delivery. For Heavier items it's more economical to use courier (parcel2go), but whatever you want
