Default newbie mac swapping

my head is spinning trying to figure all this out i live in an ubr09(motherwell) area so i would need an ubr04(falkirk) mac.Is this right and would their tftp ip work for me as well.

You can use UBR4 in a UBR9 area, but it must be from the same network, Motherwell in your case.
