hi, just done my mates pace di4001 box, can get all channels ok, but when you try to enter a pin, it comes up with, pin blocked, contact customer services, is there a way round this ?

not sure how you do it but you can reset your pin my mate did mine for me i will ask him how and let you know

ok mate, thanks, just that when you go into the settings, it says double pin locked and the pvl card status is suspended

or you can try resetting pin via funcard mate, the flash file is in the download section

Have you tried pulling the red jumper and resetting pin ?

yes reds reply is the easiest solution i think.
