unlooping

I have tried several programs to read the bk and ird on my samsung 2110c to no avail. So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to do this. At the moment im trying to use Extreme HU v3.5, but it keeps coming up with a load or errors b4 the program starts.
The programmer I have has an unlooper built into it so Im desperate to find out how to go about getting them (bk &ird).
I know I can get the ird thro the eng menu, but there is no way to get the box key without using another programmer... Can anyone shed any light on the matter??

if you have a good unlooper you use a script in win exp to open it, make sure you know what ur doing or you could ba11s ur card up and no other way at present to get boxkey on a 2110.
