Default Eurovox Max V 2008 Fault

Hi new here and looking for some help. My box suddenly stopped working yesterday, it said a fault had occured, contact supplier and just shut off and now only two green lights appear on the front of the box when its plugged in and nothing else will work. This is the second box in a month this has happened to. I have looked around and a few people have had the same problem but nobody seems to know how to solve this problem. Anybody got any ideas, reflashing doesnt work and it is a genuine box as far as I know!

Any help is appreciated.

Been searching about and it seems that there is a new critical update just out to fix this problem so I would recommend updating now to avoid having a E250 piece of useless metal to look at!

could be a capacitor fault check c14 on power circuit board to see if it has swelled
but it will probably need jtagging
search on ebay for a jtag kit for the eurovox
its a cable you connect from your printer port on your pc to a connection on the eurovox main board .then you just run 2 programmes to get your box back
try pressing the reset button on the main board but doubt it wil do any good
if its still under warrenty send it back as opening the box will void any warrenty
hope this helps
just done my 2008 max v black box which had the same symptoms
had to jtag it

is your signal strength too high
turn off the signal booster option in your menu
check all your connections
if all else fails wipe the box and do a fresh power scan after reinstalling newest f/ware via rs232 cable
