Just wondering if you have a subscription to a provider ? if you havent and are just relying on a redundant cable feed then that could well be your problem, the provider may well have severed that feed ....if however you do have a subscription what are the channels like on your set top box?

Somewhere on your box it should tell you which version it is,have you had a good look all round it? if the box is working OK why upgrade it ? if funds are not a problem,it probably might be a good idea to update as the latest Eurovox is a very nice piece of equipment, but thats up to you ....a patch is software that you can download from wherever to correct problems in the software already installed and yes it will work anywhere ,even in the North West lol, ...a null lead is the lead you need to connect your box to the computer Its called an RS232 null modem lead ....and no you cant get extra programs from your PC,Its the tuner in the box that finds them for you ....

If your box is connected directly to the wall with co-ax cable then service provider is unaware of connection - try re-scanning your channels as the SP's do occasionally change the channel frequencies. |
