Take it back to your vendor, and request a replacement.
3 Uk were a pile of horse w**k for my K800i, which had a duff Zoom Out (Volume Down) button - not that my volume tends to go down - and they wanted to have it for 3 days, with a possibility of no replacement, considering i had it for 3 days or so, but I couldn't be assed going back into Belfast City Centre for a swapout, so really my problem. Best bit is, 3 years on, and it died on me yesterday when going to do a soft reboot on it. |

I would take it back to your retailer as kingofsplooge said. By the sounds of things, you have been sold a faulty phone. Sony Ericssons are usually very stable phones but they have started to become more unstable as newer models get released
. I personally love Sony Ericsson phones and I haven't had any problems with them.
