help req'ed comms port problem for recent update
can anyone help with this problem, i have tried to download recent update which is flying around from my laptop to the eurovox but my problem is that usb ports on my laptop are numbered 5 & 6 on my computer(which i checked through the systems menu) but the update only goes up to comm 4 .I am using all the correct cables and drivers but dont know how to get firmware and computers comm port numbers to match

You should be able to do that from Windows device manager, right click on the com port and select port settings and advanced - there should be an option there to change the com port
