Unhappy Eurovox Max Green Screen and Rebooting Problem

Hello,

My Eurovox Max reboots itself or hangs up with a green screen about every 5 mins, but only in the morning!! It has done it for a long time but now it it getting on my nerves.

It is OK after a couple of hours and is fine all day and night.

Please don't tell me to give it coffee in the morning please.

Reading some of the other forums I think I could update the Software and see what happens.

Can you tell me how to do this please?

Details of the box are
Model DVB-XC Box
S/W 1.0 SSC4 Oct 20 2006
H/W 2.0 Oct 20 2006
Bootstrap V001

you need to update the firmware to the 02 june 07 blue box and use Dnupman to flash it with, there both available in the download section but you need to have at least 5 posts before you can download, then follow this guide and you shouldnt have no problems!!

Helppppppppp!

I have carried out the instructions as requested but at the end of the procedure it said "download failed".

Now my Eurovox has "----" on the front and it is in standby and will not come out.

I cannot connect to it now as it does not see it connected to the com port.

Please advise?
