hi all,i bought a dbox from ebay and the remote is not the same as the 1 i had,also when i switch it on the menu is in german,when i try a search its saying no signal even though its connected up,any ideas?this is the info on it,,,,

flashed with latest DVB2000 Software (english Version)

receives all digital tv and radio channels from any satellite !

settings already installed (over 3000 channels)

Firstly, that is a satellite box, it will not work on cable. It also sounds like a dbox1 not a dbox2, so no LCD display and no debug mode - so the description is misleading and possibly inaccurate.

If you bought this for cable Tv, It looks like you've wasted your money
