Can sombody help me?

I have a Euro-Voxmax V 2008 and live in South West London (Croydon area).
Currently I have 205 channels but some of them cannot be access or they come up as blank, i.e. Sky Sports1, Sky Sports3, Sky Sports X, Sky Sports News Sky News and British Eurosports1, to name but a few.
Is there a way of getting all these channels and more. Or can someone show me where I can download a file for the various channels in my area.
I am only able to get these channels as a friend sent them to me, because when I Powerscan or Manual scan I get only 13 channels and have to download this file in other to get the 205 channels.

do an autoscan m8,not a power scan and it should bring them up
was the symbol rate set to 6952 when you power scanned?

Yes, it was set to 6952

Thankx ronster, I have got all the channels by doing an Autoscan.
