Thanks for posting that ronster
what we really need now is for someone to buy one and give us a review as to how good it is in use ...so how you fixed you willing to be a Guinea Pig ? you must be curious as to how good it is surely so I nominate you to get one and give it a try seriously though I think it will have to go some to beat the current Eurovox MaxV 2008... |

LOL i was hoping i could tempt someone else into being the guinea pig
box is supposed to have a few probs with the epg yet but will soon be sorted. But as you say telecom69 it will struggle to beat the eurovox so i think 16:9 ratio is a must ![]() |

TMC is selling them at an introductory price of £95 plus £2.50 p&p until the 27th of September so you might save a few quid there if you are thinking of getting one

I wait with baited breath to see if this is a better unit than the eurovox, as all of these types of closed source receivers have falsely claimed to be in the past. What disappoints me however is the price of £120, which IMHO is perhaps a tad expensive. If they want to win over potential eurovox or even dreambox buyers then it is essential to undercut them, and not ask for a similar price for a unit thats reliability and level of support has still to be determined.
Just noticed that introductory price from tmc is £95. I still wait with baited breath though....lol Last edited by gadgetfiend; 28-09-07 at 10:17 AM. |
