have been using a eurobox and currently have virgin through cable am moveing house to an area which does not have cable. will i be able to use my eurobox through the phone line.

No, not at all possible, it has a DVB-C tuner. There's three flavours of DVB, C, T and S: cable, terrestrial and satellite, none of which work through a phoneline, sorry.
