hi all ive just got a modem flashed with 3internet firmware ive read the instructions and set it all away i used the mac off the bottom of the modem not sure if thats what im sposed to do as im a complete noob its connected but wont go on the internet page ive heard i need a different mac but dnt know how to get 1 plz help

Hey toon_army. Did you get this modem off eBay?
Cos ive seen the exact same one with 3INTERNET firmware or something.... And is it good if uve got it running. Does it get 20MB? Cheers |

i dnt know any1 on ntl/virgin media so i cant do a search that way also dnt have a mac address to swap so there must be another way to get my modem working im willing to pay for a mac just to get it working

Yes, DHCPForce will sniff out a mac address for you but you won't be able to use it on your modem. Download the Haynes Cable Modem Guide from the download section for full instructions on how to get a mac address.
