Just bought a second hand IPod from Cash Generaters. It came without a box and just had a usb cable with it.

Went onto Apple IPod site and entered its serial no and found out its a 40gig
Click Wheel IPod. Downloaded Itunes software as instructed and all is fine !

However ?

Can transfer music but not mpeg4 music video's ????

What am I doing wrong ???

Thanks In advance
