Image flashing problems

how did this happen?

I was trying to update the bouquet and image, as i could not get y-web to come up i was using flash fxp. the image was a sportster backup i had taken off another box that i could get y-web on. To be honest i'm not sure if when i flashed the image across, i put it in the correct location!
I'm now thinking maybe it was this that has caused my problems

What did you do to sort it?

i ended up uninstalling all anti virus and firewall software, disabling all windows own firewall and anti virus, and then when using IFA instead of pressing ok, then plugging the box in, i plugged the box in then pressed ok, and away it went!!
Reinstalled all anti virus and firewall, allowed the dbox ip address and i can now even acess y-web from my laptop via wireless network.
