Eurovox Max V3

Hi i'm new to this forum and would like to say hello to everyone out there.

I have a Eurovox Max V3 (think its a blue version as the box it came in is blueish). I've recently lost some of my channels. I've tried to powerscan, but that doesn't seem to work.
The current software installed is Feb 2006.
By upgrading the software, will this resolve the problem? If so, what software do I need and how would I install the software?
or would i need to change any frequency settings. I'm in the Leicester are.

if you have lost just a few,then try a autoscan not power scan.

Tried autoscan several times.
No joy............

the box you have is a eurovox max (if it came in a blue box)
the latest firmware for this box is feb 2007.

Where can i get the latest software from and how would I update my box?

Will updating the software sort this problem out?
