Unhappy JTAG Connection Question

I am connecting a JTAG to my Eurovox Max Bluebox

I have connected the croc clip, no problems
I have onnected the 20 pin connector to PCB, no problem

My problem is the connection to my PC/Laptop, how are you to connect this?

I can connect it to the LPT1 connector of I remove the small threaded posts for cable securing, is this right? or do I need some sort of adaptor to put it into COM ports or USB?
