There are quite a few affordable wireless printers about now and the numbers will grow (Lincsats suggestion is very good), when you are looking for something its a good idea to use a few search engine's -eg- Google, Web Fetch, Dog Pile and you will see different results, don't just buy the first you see, choose the name of the printer you like then search the name

Cheers guys, I was being lazy I suppose - I should have googled first. Thanks for the comments. Are there ant pitfalls, slow response times etc? I'd need it to print photographs which are usually quite large images.

Hiya funkster

Wireless Printer response times if your just using in home are very good "if in the same room" Its the same as WiFi Routers Walls, Floors some electrical appliances can interfere, but on the whole there quite good

I've been using a Brother DCP-340CW for the past couple of years and it's been spot on.

The router is in a first floor bedroom at one end of the house and the printer is in a study on the ground floor at the opposite end of the house, and it works flawlessly.

I bought mine for around £50ish (on offer) from staples.
