There are some VM business configs, not 100% sure if it's the config or the MAC that gets throttled, but it's worth trying even though it's only 10 meg:
cmbus-pkg2-nat-any.cm - 10MB Down 769k up There may be a "pkg3" available on some TFTP servers, you could try it but it doesn't work in most area's.

Okay. What speeds does the PKG3 config get. Well the PKG3 config didnt work in leeds unfortunatly.
