hello people starveiw box has lost all channels can anyone help me please

old software? new keys to be put in manually then.

I also have the same problem with my starview box, it has happened once previously.

But a friend had the codes and sorted it out for me.

Unfortunately he is not around, where can i find these keys jimbo?
