Thats interesting, i do look around on other forums but havnt seen anything, apart from removing chips and trying to read them, they were saying the bk was not on the usual chip.
They do seem to be selling a lot on fleabay as well.

Just read that this has all been tried before last year, their saying that the bk isnt on the same chip as 2100, although it has the same two chips, they also say the cpu is firewalled.

One of my friends have tried the same thing and i mean to get the info from 2110. all he came out is in each box it is stored in different location and it is also devided into two chips. Half of the bk is in one and the other half is in 2nd chip. I am not hundered% sure that how he did that but he is pulling of the chips and reading them for last good 5 or 6 years. Even fixing most of the lcd TV's

well just to add the bk is encrypted in the 2110, cannot remember which part now because its early, but you cannot dump the chips to get the data .

the only way of modding is with a paired card and if your bk starts 9d 56 its a false bk

i know they are still being worked on at the moment so in the future you never know ...buy then n3 would have come in so

just to shed some lite on this issue apparently on th 2110 even with a false bk the basic channels and the on demand still work ,so some people are selling these boxes in my area just with the on demand movies...could this be the reason ?
