Hi. Are you using the 250 Configurator?
If so, my Annex Mode on mine was set to "0" and i changed it to "3".
That seemed to work for me.
Give it ago.

Right so you have the modem connected to the Cable feed and all that yes?
Try going into 192.168.100.1 in a internet explorer browser and trying to see if it will handshake.
Keep trying MACs and what other settings do you have on the 250 configurator set up as.

With the 250 modem, you need Annex 3 for NTL & TW and Annex 1 for C&W, also you need Tuner 19 on the 250 and Tuner 14 on the 200.

Default Freq:
NTL=402750000
C&W=586750000
TW=331000000

I don't know about your Modem, but have you tried all these permutations?
