new codes? you mean its old software loaded and you need to input the new keys manually?

hi my star view box has a prob with it.When i put the cable in it stops and turns off it self then on again as normal with unknown number and freezes. Is this the end of free cable or does my box need a new software . In addtion if i dont use cable into my box it stays normal.
pls help.

how are you using the box with normal cable connection or using using with the lan? what firmware you got on the box?

then you need to apply the latest firmware and use the lan port at the back of the box. looks like your area has gone over to n3
