Default Evoluent Vertical Mouse 3

Okay, I've just ordered an Evoluent Vertical Mouse 3 for myself:
Evoluent VerticalMouse Vertical Mouse ergonomic mouse ergonomic computer mouse carpal tunnel syndrome repetitive stress disorder RSI

Looking back, maybe I should have ordered the keyword and wrist mat as well?

Sometimes I'll get aching arms and a slight discomfort inside my arms as well, as if one or more tendons have suddenly turned to ice, and it all sounds like a serious threat of Repetitive Strain Injury, so I figure I need to correct this pretty quickly.

The vertical mouse is supposed to help combat this by ensuring your arm is used in a more neutral and less twisted position.

I'm also making a point of resting my arms on the chair arms and table as I work - just with typing I have to raise them.

Anyway, probably not as exciting as a death adder, but I figure definitely something I need.

Hi Brian

Thats an interesting looking mouse ! (the in line with fingers buttons remind m of some trackball mouses) i hope it works well for you, it may be an idea to invest in the Keyboard as well, i work in an Office and correct position and a good chair is important and anything that makes your Computing more comfortable is worth it !

Yep, got a decent chair, but it's my arms that are starting to ache, so figure go with the warning sign.
