Default Time Spent?

How long do you guys spend talking on your cell phones each day, each night, and throughout the week? I want to see how "obsessed" we are nowadays.

Me? I spend about 30 minutes per day on the cell phone, usually less.

I spend around 30 minutes with family, an hour on bad days with friends but if it's a good day maybe 3-4 hours. Add around 30 minutes to that for business related calls. Yeah I know I tend to talk a lot.

No wonder I had to get an unlimited plan with my phone after my first year's bill.

I feel so odd when it comes to cell phones.. I dont like them one bit but i do need to have one. The last one i bought was a Sony Erickson K700i. I thought i should get one with a camera so i got that one. I have had it for about 3 months now and i have not called anyone from it yet. I do recive 2-3 calls a day and a few sms.. Id rather use Skype to talk on and mail for messages.

I mostly use SMS to 'talk' to people, it's cheap and easy.
But I mostly talk around the phone for 3-6 minutes.
Not much on the phone.

It really depends on who's calling who... If I'm the one making a call, or if another person is calling me. Usually I don't spend much time on the phone just to talk about nothing or how the weather was the day before, I like to have my credit well spent.

If it's family I usually spend more time talking because I'm studying in another city and only see them at some weekends.

Answer: I'd say 5 mins a day. Sometimes less, sometimes more.

I try to speak less when I'm the one who has made the call but when I receive a call, I dont care about time and speak on and on and on ... until the person decides to end the call.

Probaly about 10-15 minuets a day. The calls I make out are about one third normally. I usally ask the person i'm ringing to call me back via there homephone.
I text much more, every day I send around 20 texts and recieve about 15 or so. Texting is my favourite method but if it's something important of course using the phone is better!
