Hiya.

I'm getting the same problem I'm in former telepest area - I got a new Starview 'the Box' twin tuner pvr and flashed it with v4.506 that came on the cd! any idea's?

You need to switch on the emu.
Goto...
Menu/System setup/parental control
Then press i or info + 2007
A new menu will appear called the cas system
Switch on the autoupdate option at the bottom and then exit.
Goto a scrambled channel and let it update. You will see a message on the screen. Thats it.

This is for TheBoxPVR.

select parental control and then press 'i' on your remote followed by '2007'...

looking for help to unscramble channels. have done all of the solutions posted but still getting dollar signs on majority of the channels

any programs so i dont need to sort channels everytime i rescan

Dooby has not updated the keys as of yet as they have changed since then. If you need them I can send them to you. Either way Zander has them, and he is looking for the Starview Channel Editor.
