Hi All
I have a Red Vox with the latest level software 01_10_2007, since I installed this I can do power scans and auto scans fine. However after a couple of hours all the channels disappear. The only way to recover it is do rescan. Has anyone either any ideas as to the concern or a different level of software?

So you finally got all your channels back. Losing them after a few hours sounds like a cable problem, have you tried a booster and have you checked all your internal cabling. Failing that you may have a leech on your line.

Yep thanks to you and racky I got them all back. I will try my original software first. Do you think a booster is required because originally there was no concern? Can you advise me were to get one from. Thanks again.

Have you checked your internal cabling and coaxial connectors and see if there are any loose connections?
