Default port problem...weird and bad

ok
trying to port forward
have done so in the past with same router, same isp, same computer, same programs, same system (vista). no problems
no visible virus's or anything like that.
have two other computer which can port forward at ease
this one, not anymore.
heres the kicker
every available port is either filled with ports that have been created with the other computers which i have done myself.
this computer fills up everyother port randomly, if i delete the ports they are then replaced by other random ports which i have never created or seen
quite a strange one and anyone who has any idea on how to fix this up is a genious in there own write
or im just a special ed
either way direct ur help to this poor soul
