Default Whats wrong here

hi guys i done my modem ages ago and it works fine i come to another and ive been struggling like hell to get it to work ive enclosed a picture to show you what im getting on the infinite screen can anyone tell me whats wrong it just wont open anything on net. Thanks

On the software page, is network access allowed? Have you set the Network card on the PC back to automatic IP and DNS?

yep access allowed and auto detect i.p and everything, so strange the last one i did that i got off you linc was perfect works perfect. ive flashed this one and done everything and it dont work lol

5av, has this modem been used before? even as a subscribed box? what model is the box mate? its not a 120 model is it?

no its the new virgin one and no its never been used some1 was sent it to replace their blue one which still worked they plugged the black one in and it didnt work so they kept the blue one and gave me the black one.

That one will be a little hard to do mate coz it has never been used, the black ones are 255 model which can be done.. i have got another friend who is having the same problem.. will let you know if any luck..
