Again, hv20 may be better (upon knowlege of hv10) but specifications isn't all
Unless needing to buy quickly, better wait for neutral reviews

Hi everyone!

This is my first post.
I ordered my HV20 today, for 1150€ delivered.

Hope to get it next week, and not to be disapointed.

Are you sure you didn't get yourself into some strange business?

Isn't it supposed to be available starting in April, not earlier?

To watch footage on normal TV you can eather replay hd footage by in camera down converting or you have to downconvert to dvd format on post (editing-rendering)
"Usualy" from what I heard , hd downconverted to sd looks better than if you shot in sd

I can undestand about the other scenario as well, with the remote possibly not having the indicator lights to let you know whether it's recordign etc.. Very good points.

What can the remote do? Start/Stop/Zoom?

anyway the latest CNET reviews rated the HC7 better than HV20, its a shocker to me, which goes aganist CCI. It says HC7 lowlight is better.
