Default LANC Controllers

I invite everybody to post your experience with LANC controllers. Give each other idea of what each one will do for the price.

I got Giottos RC2020. Twenty-some bucks paid well for it self. You press and hold zoom button for a second and it zooms slowly. Press it again and it zooms fast. Allows to manually change focus. Not precise enough, though.

I would suggest this item for a hobbyist. Eliminates shakes and bumps if you are using tripod and you don't have to stay in front of camcorder (unlike the included wireless remote.)

I spent the money for the Manfrotto with Lanc controller built into the handle. It was expensive, but absolutely awesome to use. I bought the one for my Sony PDX10 Camcorder, but found out that it works equally well on a Canon GL1.
