Exclamation New HV10 lasted just 15 Minutes

I recieved my new HV10 yesterday, and after fully charging i recorded 6 mins of 1080i footage and played it back on my samsung 32 HD lcd and the footage looked fantastic, but that was it, as i was playing with the menu it went Totaly dead, no charge light when i plug the charger in and i could not get my ?12.50 HD DV tape out of it, Dead as a do do.
The online store are replacing it early next week, but a bit worrying hey! Has any one else had the same thing happen or heard anything?

don't worry, new products has always a few problems in the beginning.
like new computers which hung when you're playing a game.
an upgrade of the firmware will help.Ask your dealer.
