I bought it wednesday night, it shipped Thursday morning, and was at Stansted airport by Friday. Unfortunately that's as far as it's got over the bank holiday weekend. As of 6.48am this morning though it was loaded onto the Fedex van for delivery from Glasgow. Should be here today Unfortunately my DV tapes haven't arrived yet

Out of interest aswell, an HV20 sold last night on ebay for ?422. I thought I'd got a bargain ....

I took a look at the NTSC manual and it says:

So I guess playing back HD in the Uk will be fine as HD is the same for the whole world but playing back SD from a ntsc imported cam in pal in the Uk would not work, but this shouldnt be a problem as the HD will work fine?

Playback on a TV Screen

Look what arrived about 1hr ago.....

All nicely wrapped to avoid customs charges and VAT. As expected, it is an NTSC version, the charger is 110/240V, but I'll need to change the 2 prong connector for a UK plug.
Initial impression is good, controls fall nicely for my hand, nice size/weight. I'll post more when I get some tapes.
