Has anyone any feedback, positive or negative, regarding this seller on ebay ?
If I convince the wife that HDV is the way to go then I will more than likely be purchasing a Sony HC5. He is selling these using a best offer aswell as buy-it-now and they are the cheapest around. I don't fancy having to pay additional duty/taxes though and there's always that thing in the back of your mind that says if anything goes wrong, you're up the creek without a paddle !
Any input would be appreciated

Took the plunge with this guy for an HV20. No problems so far, tracking with Fedex, will update when it arrives ....

My item was also fine --- for 1 yr then "press reset button". Reset does not fix it. Other are having same issue but get normal free warranty repair. Electronic king is the problem.
Tried to send certified letter to address on the receipt. Either the address is false or EK actively refuses to accept the letter. This is only the first of many steps to resolution. The address was : CLAYBATCH FARM, BLATCHBRIDGE, FROME, SOMERSET, BA115EF, UK. Does anyone know of an alternate address? Anyone with experience fighting for their extended warranty?
