Default Features Comparison HV20 vs HC7

How about listing out the major differences that are noticeable to the untrained eye, in the Hv20 and HC7?

I think specs are very similar except for the 24p mode. You can compare the reviews on camcorderinfo which I think are quite representative of the diffs.

I've had Sony camcorders all my life but since they switched to touchscreen I'm definitely considering Canon... The Sony might be better built but it's so annoying (to me at least) to use for every little thing a touchscreen.

HC7 has a better zoom rocker.
It looks better.
Has less plastic in the body.
Has a seemingly softer picture.
A lot more noise in dark.
The ugly Sony color palette.
Unnatural color reproduction.
It has the horrible Sony image processing.
Average mic.
ANNOYING picture quality

HV20.
No LANC
Bad zoom rocker
Bad LCD
Cheap plastic build
Cheap batteries
Manual focus to trash
24p mode
EXCELLENT picture quality

I tested both camcorder at Fry (www.frys.com). HC7 is much better on treat with shaking video way better than HV20. I also purchased one for myself.
