Default HC5 or HV20

I know this sounds like a no brainer but which one do think is better the HV20 or Hc5 for a home user point and shoot auto pilot type of thing? The HV20 can not change exposure while shooting so that might be a disadvantage. The HV20 has a very good Image Stabilization. The Hv20's 24p mode looks useless ot me.

So please tell me your opinions.
Thank You

As the HV20 isn't yet available in the UK, I am interested in any overseas users who have already experienced its "power". Is it really as good as they make out?

I bought the HC5 for my Honeymoon 2 weeks ago knowing I was going to return upon get back to the states. I got home, watched the video and came away unimpressed. Returned it for the HV20 which is leagues better in overall video quality. I'm currently testing between the Hv20 and JVC HD7 and still think the HV20 is the keeper.
