I don't see Dolby 5.1 listed--anyone know if it will convert the SD1 5.1 audio files properly?

Also, I have Nero 7 Ultra Enhanced, and Ulead VideoStudio 11 Plus. Anyone know if this Elecard converter has any benefits over them?
