Default hv20 or GZ-HD7

hello folks, I'm still debating on the hv 20 or JVC GZ-HD7.

I'm not a frequent camcorder user but would like to make my videos look better than the crap that I have now.

I will mostly use shootings to preview homes and general use. Other than price are they really that different? Is the 24p setting something that puts the hv20 over the JVC GZ-HD7?

On the paper HD7 with higher pixel count should have been better but in reality many agree that HV20 produces better overall videos quality compared to many entry level cams with better colours (canon is good in that domaine) and better low light (go to camcorderinfo.com that compared recent highdef cams.
One advice HV20 even with closed eyes;
