I was considering both this cameras, but finally decided to buy HV 20. I was asking about this two cameras on many many forums (mostly Polish forums becouse Im from Poland) and i 80% cases ppl were advising HV 20 becouse of 24p, CINE mode and better quality of recordered videos (better colors). Im going to buy HV 20 tomorrow and I sure that I will be very satisfied from this purchase.
and I've seen some baseball games recordered with HV 20, they were looking awesome ![]() (sorry for any spelling errors in my post) |

Yea, i definetly agree the HV20 has a much greater footage quality than the HC7 when comparing each's footages. It also suprised me when i compared the still performances of both since canon's canon's 3 Megapixel still cam function delivered much nicer, finer, and colorful pictures than sony's 6 megapixels integrated camera function.
