how to stop getting emails from techwatch?

hi all i sometimes reply to a thread on techwatch and somebody else replies to it and all the time i get too many emails from techwatch saying that someone has replied to the thread
i was just wandering does anyone know how to stop getting lots of emails from techwatch because i am getting too many from then now
all i want to know is how to stop getting these emails?

any help will be much appreciated thanks

In userCP/Options/Default thread subscription mode select either Do Not Subscribe or No Email Notification and save changes

Of course you could always read the email message that Techwatch sends you....about three lines from the bottom of the notification message you will see a link that lets you unsubscribe from the thread once you no longer need a notification message.
