i am stuggling with a red 2007 eurovox , when i first plug it in signal is up at 95% after about a minute, then it drops out to 8% on all transponders , its not my cable because my other box works fine on same connection . i have 1/10/07 software on , could it be a faulty tuner or has anyone had this problem before. thanks

people have had this problem and it was fixed with a booster

dont think i need a booster as my other box runs at 85% when plugged in the same cable and i have tried two boxes in this way. thanks
