any game makes you relax instead of strain?

what's your feeling in games?relaxed ,cheerful?or others?i like games,but often it makes me tight,eg.CS,how should i rip it off?or any game can relax myself really?

do you have a ds? the ds has a bunch of casual games. for example: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. your basically just reading a book or if that isn't your type maybe, Cooking Mama might be better. i really enjoy CM, at first its a bit slow but it gets better and better.

Of course thats assuming you have a DS. if not just play Tetris or Breakout, those are really easy going games.

PES or FIFA on the easiest setting. Just go wild with long shots and see what happens!
