Not sure why but won't let me download or view the attachment in this post (despite being logged in)
I can download the softcam editor (4 topics below this one) no probs
Any help is much appreciated.

bscgeo's problem was solved by clearing his cache. Downloading was then no problem. Should work for you too

If you don't know, then thankfully you don't need it!

It's the master PIN code to unlock the box.

What does the master PIN code unlock your receiver for?
Is is like a secret engineers installers menu similar to one found on digiboxes and cable stbs

No, generally no new functionality, just to sort out forgotten (user-changed) PINs etc. Never had to use one personally.
