TBH, we don't closely follow events in that part of the world, as we can't receive signals from birds that far west. Nagra 2 was open here for a while (30W and 19E), and some reports indicated atmega based solutions but we were running mainly software based emus as it was wide open on all platforms.

I maintain a passing interest, and found this amusing when it was published in November

No, it's not testing anything - just providing information and legal file support for sat-junkies and newbies in Europe, primarily.
We will provide specialist support for the Dreambox and Skystar 2 also.
