Default D+

Hi to ya all and Happy New Year

Like what I've seen of this site so I thought I'd ask a small question that has been annoying me. I have recently got D+ up and running on Skystar 2 using $2emu 1.19 with ProgDVB (can't get any D+ using MT). I can get all channels in English on 30W but cannot get T@q6 on 19E in English. Am I doing something wrong or is this just the way it is. Also, why nothing when using MT.

Any pointers would help to lessen the worry lines on my brow!!

Happy New Year and welcome to the forum!

Not all of the Taq. channels carry English all of the time on either 19.2E or 30W. Some of them carry English audio PIDS less than others (Taq 4,5,6) but the provider can change things around whenever they want.

You'll notice that in particular for films which are cartoon based (or other animation types) they tend to lose the original soundtrack alltogether, as the alternate soundtrack is easier to dub on.

As for MyTheatre not working, the answer is simple. It isn't compatible with S2emu 1.19, and that is the main reason I stopped using it

HTH
