The new version of the Sky EPG also includes some fixes for an ongoing problem for Sky+ users.
The glitch, first reported last September, has affected usability of the 'live pause' and 'rewind' facilities for a minority of customers at intermittent intervals. “While only a small minority of Sky+ customers have been affected by this issue, we realise that Sky+ has become an irreplaceable part of our customers' viewing experience, and as such any disruption is significant," a Sky spokesperson told Digital Spy. "We are truly sorry for inconvenience or frustration experienced by our customers.“ Source: Digital Spy |
