Hi guys.
Am currently waiting for a couple of things in the post before I can continue with my installation, so I just had a couple of questions to keep my appetite satisfied ![]() Do canal+ and TPS show different premiership games? Does one tend to show more than the other? I would prefer to watch the games in Spanish, but not too bothered if TPS is better... Also, with regard to flashing and all that business - is it the case that different flashes open different channels? Or would one download for a certain satellite unlock all the channels on that satellite. Just like to also say what a great and helpful website this is!

Hi kop442000
![]() Yes, canal+ and tps do show different premiership games, and tps tend to show quite a lot more, in fact nearly all (but not all live). The tps picture resolution is better IIRC. It's certainly v. good quality. There are no hard and fast rules regarding those firmware flashes. I'm pretty sure that the latest one for your box does both d+ on hispasat, tv cabo also on hispa, and tps on hotbird. There is only a certain amount of memory available in each machine, so there are limits. When there are a lot of packages open, sometimes one will get 'bumped'. Check out lj's - there is a link in the footy section sticky here. It lists all games available on satellite. Also, you may want to check out the firmware. I don't like pushing traffic over there, but the place for technomate firmware is the forum over at a_l_s_a_t.co.uk. Pick up the correct patch file by darkman. HTH
