Our hosting company had a bit or a nightmare with the hard drives in our server last night. Even with the RAID5 security, it failed to recover from the crash correctly. The SatelliteHelp site has now been migrated to an alternate server in the datacenter.

We have been treated rather poorly by our hosts, who lost some of our data and provided no assistance. We have had to painfully reconstruct the site from (corrupt) backups of our own.

Hopefully there will not be any further interruption to service though. We even took the opportunity to upgrade the forum

Again, our apologies, but this one was totally out of our control
