Default Some useful programmes.

Ok, here are some programmes that I find very useful on a daily basis.* As always when visiting different websites, make sure your antivirus bits are all in place.

Crimson Editor
This is a replacement programme for Notepad but with the editing abilities needed for html and software programming. Get it HERE

FlashFXP
My favourite ftp programme.* If you use windows explorer you will be completely at home with this programme.* It is a 30 day evaluation programme but it is well worth buying for the small sum required. Get it HERE

HijackThis
If you think there may be programmes running on your computer that should not be there, run this programme and examine the log.* Careful what you delete though because it may be needed.
Get it HERE

Trillian
Do you chat to friends on different systems such as MSN, AIM, Yahoo etc.* This programme will sit on your desktop as a single system and monitor all of your contacts.* No need to start the individual chat windows individually.* There are both free and Pro subscriber versions available but if you chat a lot I am sure you will go for the Pro version. Get it HERE

MConvert
This is a little programme that I have a desktop icon for.* It will allow you to convert almost anything to anything else.* When the programme opens you will get a registration request. No need to register, just click on the 'ok' button. This is a very old programme that I got in 1996. It runs without fault on every MS operating system I have used since 1996 including XP Pro.
